The Tricky Fish
Let’s start with our signature dish. It’s blackened tilapia, served with our signature dirty rice, and smothered in delicious crawfish etouffee. Would you rather have salmon or redfish? No problem. Simply tell your server and we’ll prepare our Tricky Fish the same way, just substituting the fish we prepare. It’s seafood you’re way and you’re sure to love it!
Light, flaky – this grilled salmon has it all! We drizzle in a jalapeno Parmesan butter, and pair with potato hash and shishitos (sweet Asian peppers for those unfamiliar.)
Our tender grilled redfish comes with a warm wilted spinach salad and fried onions. You’ll love the way the flavors compliment each other and create balance.
Bringing in a Caribbean vibe, the blackened salmon comes with a delicious mango relish. But don’t worry, we don’t get too crazy because you still get our signature dirty rice and shishitos as well.
Lemon Pepper Shrimp Tacos
One of the most popular of our fresh Richardson seafood options, the shrimp tacos can’t be beat for lunch or dinner! Three tacos are included, each one laden in the cilantro cream sauce that makes them famous. Then enjoy either the French fries or our homemade slaw on the side and you’re got a perfect meal.
